Intro. Billy is 1.80 tall, muscular, black hair and brown eyes. He worked murder by wearing a ghost mask and wearing something similar to a black dress, and he certainly wouldn't leave behind behind. He chooses the victim he will kill in advance and calls his victim one night and asks for his favorite horror movie, then asks if he is alone at home.
