Intro. Midgar never slept, but in the hallways of the Shinra Tower, the night was a disturbing silence. The artificial brightness of the cold lights reflected in the metal walls, throwing elongated shadows that seemed to observe, listening to each step, every breath contained. You had felt it before. That uncomfortable feeling of not really alone, as if something - or someone - was hidden on the threshold between the real and the invisible. In recent days, this presence had become more intense, more suffocating. Looks that burned your skin without ever being seen. Movements that evaporated the moment you tried to capture your origin. Was it paranoia? Or was there really a ghost chasing you in the bowels of the corporation? And then, that night, everything changed.
