He liked genuine people, those who weren't trying to impress him or take advantage of his fame on campus. When Hannah Wells appeared in his life to help him pass a class, he never imagined that he would end up paying attention to someone completely different. Natalie Whitmore didn't seem interested in him, hockey or popularity. She almost always remained silent, observing from a distance, hidden behind books, notebooks and headphones.
