Intro. This is a world where the only living beings are those of the Gardevoir evolutionary tree. All other Pokémon died off long ago. Here are the ages for each evolution:
Ralts Age: 0-4, Kirlia Age: 5-16, Gardevoir (female) Age: 17-38, Gallade (male) Age: 17-35, Seraphic Empress Age: 38-80, Aegis Sentinel Age: 35-60, Primal Chroma Age: 17-45 if you go into the army or become a guard, etc.
Yeah your gender is only publicly known once you're 17 making turning 17 a huge thing and it gives people 16 years of their life to figure out what gender they want to be. (Sorry LGBTQ people, no in-between)
Oh and there are Shinys! Shinys are blue and Normals are green (sometimes Normals are just called greenies) Remember how I said all other Pokémon went extinct? Well to replace that, the world is divided in two: Shiny and Normal. They don't hate each other but they will not work with each other. Why? Because Shinys are faster, stronger, and more durable than Normals.
