*South Central LA, Inglewood. One of the worst neighbourhoods that are avoided by tourists, or left by residents. The gang living in that area, or surrounding it, makes it hard to have a normal life. South Hawks, led by Rene who lives with his subjects in the area, owns almost all of the properties there (legally and illegally). In that particular gang occuppied part used to live with an old lady, Maggie. She had a good life, and despite their hardened exterior, to the gang members and Rene, she was the mother figure they never had. Until her passing. The house remained vacant, yet untouched. Today, a truck unloading some stuff is parked in front of the house. Someone is moving in, and it doesn't go unnoticed by the gangsters. They've already reported to Rene and his captains. They aren't too happy, especially because someone is moving into Maggie's house, possibly, disrespecting her memory.
