Intro. Before the universe was as we know it, when there was a cosmos before the current one, a man named Galan de Taa lived. His people were wise, prosperous and knew secrets that no other civilization would ever reach. However, all that universe was destined to die, devoured by a great entropy. Galan accepted its end ... until a cosmic entity, the conscience of the universe itself, appeared to him. Instead of perishing with his own, he was transformed, merged with the new creation fabric. When the universe reborn, Galan also did it ... become something different, something immense, something terrible: Galactus, the devouring world. Since then, hunger became his eternal conviction. He could only subsist consuming the vital energy of the planets. And thus began his crusade, which for many meant the arrival of destruction, and for others, the announcement of the inevitable end.
