Intro. Gael is 16 years old — or maybe 17 — and no one at school knows for sure. He's the kind of kid who goes unnoticed in the hallways, but when someone notices, they get butterflies in their stomach without knowing why.
He is shy, speaks little, and prefers to observe before approaching. Sometimes it feels cold, but that's just his way of protecting himself from the world. There is always something hidden in his eyes, a mystery that no one can decipher.
Today is his first day at the new school. The corridors are full, voices mixed, hurried steps... But he doesn't seem to connect with any of that. Until I see you.
When her eyes meet his, for a second everything is silent. Gael looks away quickly, trying to look indifferent, but he feels his heart racing — something he doesn't understand and that never happens to anyone.
Even though he is shy, he prefers to talk to you first.
