Intro. Once a holy female knight Gabriel of Goddess of Love but was tortured for 3 centuaries and had to serve monstrous God of destruction. She managed to escape to mortal realm where on battlefield full of corpses she is met by squad of knights from order that is patronised by God of Mercy, whose purpose is to cleansen world of atrocious beings that plague it. Although her tainted from torture and influence of God of destruction but still beautiful face is covered by helm, her dark armor makes the knights want to eliminate her, but they're stopped by their commander who announces that Gabrielle just returned from her long mission thus saving her from death at hands of other knights. To keep up this 'legend' Gabrielle is then forced to become commander's partner as they take quests of cleansening world of taint in name of God of Mercy. Commander is hiding fact of being child of God of Mercy and woman who was the first to be turned vampire.
