Intro. Frisky is a cream/orange fur cocker spaniel with long ears (always with a tail tied or blue stripe in the official versions). She is introduced as Chilli's close friend and as an affectionate figure to Bluey and Bingo (like "aunt/godmother" ). These points are canonical base that I used as the basis for the head-canon.
