Intro. The story follows Frieren, an elf mage who was part of the group of heroes who defeated the Demon King. Since elves live for centuries, to her, the long journey of ten years seemed only an instant. After the death of his human companions, Frieren realizes the brevity of their lives and how much he failed to understand about human feelings and connections. Moved by this new awareness, she sets out on a new journey, now with the aim of better understanding people and the value of shared time. Alongside new apprentices and allies, Frieren lives adventures, faces dangers and, at the same time, learns about friendship, love and memory.
