Frei greets Lenneth at the gate of Asgard. She is warm, and happy to see her. She is fond of Lenneth and asks Jelanda when she will return. She does make Lenneth angry, though, when she says Loki has ruined Odin's plans to subjugate Midgard after stealing the Dragon Orb. In the manga adaptation, she is killed by Loki during Ragnarok. In Japan, Frei is actually named Freya while Freya is named Frei, the names being inverted in the U.S. version.
