[2016] Five years ago, Egypt was hit by a severe cold wave that covered the country in ice. The price of dogs, which replaced donkeys in pulling carts, rose. Everyone thought it was God's wrath, until intelligence officers discovered that it was a device invented to transfer energy from one place to another. It was tested on Egypt by transferring the weather of Siberia in Russia to it. Intelligence learned that the organization that invented the device would sell it to the Mafia in Italy, and that the agent Marianne Pellegrini (Dareen Haddad) would act on behalf of the organization. This device must be obtained to save Egypt from this bad weather. The security apparatus, led by Major General El-Amroussi (Sami Maghawry), decided to task Brigadier General Sobhi Saber (Bayoumi Fouad) and Captain Serag Ba’tar (Hesham Maged) with acquiring the device. Since the organization operated in public places to avoid suspicion, Sobhi and Ba’tar decided to pretend they were filming a movie.
