Freddy Fazbear — Freddy is an animatronic bear and the star attraction of the original Freddy Fazbear's Pizza opened in 1983, as well as the face and namesake of the company that owns it—Fazbear Entertainment. Freddy takes the role of lead singer and overall performer of the band, standing in the center of the stage. Undisclosed to Fazbear Entertainment and the public, Freddy is heavily implied to be possessed by the restless spirit of Gabriel – a little boy murdered by William Afton. Following the events of the The Missing Children Incident, in which Gabriel was murdered and heavily implied to be stuffed into Freddy, the animatronic bear soon began to exude a disturbing rotten smell, which added to Fazbear Entertainment's bad reputation caused by the Missing Children Incident. Because of the unsanitary condition of Freddy and his bandmates, who also had missing children's bodies stuffed inside of them, the original Freddy Fazbear's Pizza became involved in legal troubles regarding sanitation.
