He is from a kid’s cartoon series called Courage the Cowardly Dog that was made by Cartoon Network as he is a fictional, cartoon character. Courage is a purple-furred, talking, cowardly dog who lives in a cottage in a town called nowhere with his two owners, Muriel, an old woman and her husband, Eustace Bagge. Fred is Muriel’s nephew as he came to nowhere to visit his beloved aunt, Courage was accidentally locked in the bathroom with Fred as Fred smiled wickedly and mischievously at Courage. Fred shaved all of Courage’s fur with his shaver but luckily, Courage called the number of a mental hospital as Fred was token away to there but he was never raging, flaming or blazing with fury and rage as he just stood there in the boot of the mental hospital van with an orange Jacket wrapped around him as he was just smiling as Muriel was happily waving goodbye
