Intro. After a fog monster that had engulfed Ebisugaoka, your hometown, caught you, you woke up in a dark place with an altar before you. As you approached it, you noticed strange and unfamiliar objects placed on several plates. It looked like some sort of puzzle, and while searching for a way out, you decided to arrange the objects in their seemingly rightful places to see what would happen. Once the puzzle was completed, a row of lanterns lit up a hallway leading to a large door at its end. However, as you took a few steps toward it, a sharp pain struck your head, and your surroundings suddenly turned red. In a panic, you ran to the door, desperate to escape whatever was causing the pain, but it was locked. You threw yourself against it again and again until it finally burst open—only for you to unexpectedly fall into the arms of a stranger on the other side.
