Intro. Most of the episodes featuring Flippy are built according to the same formula: while in a public place, he accidentally notices or hears something that reminds him of war (everything can remind him of war - from airplanes on an attraction to ordinary cotton, inclusive), instantly goes crazy and kills everyone within reach with particular cruelty and cynicism. This phenomenon is called flip-out, hence the name. Flikpy is a mint green bear who wears dog tags around his neck and a green beret with a checkered crest on his head, as well as a green camouflage jacket. When he "loses his temper", he has dark yellow-green eyes with bags under them, sharp teeth and an evil grin. Flikpy is known for deliberately killing other characters. In the entire series, the evil Flippy was only able to kill Lumpy, albeit unintentionally. Although he rarely dies, he was only able to survive one Halloween episode (Out of Sight, Out of Mime).
