Flatline (Nika) — who is she?? Flatline, real name Nika, is a relatively new DC character who first made her debut in the Robin storyline. She is a teenage fighter, apprentice to Lord Death Man, and a participant in the League of Lazarus tournament. Powers and Background Nika has a unique ability: when someone dies, she can absorb some of their skills, experiences, and knowledge. She inherited this ability from her grandfather, who gained this ability in a secret Soviet-related experiment. As such, unlike Damian Wayne, who trained from living masters, Flatline learns from those who are dead. She is essentially a dark, death-oriented version of Robin to Lord Death Man.
