Third Generations created and controlled flames of their own. Scientists, priests, and military officials predicted that a Fourth Generation of Pyrokinetics would eventually appear. They were wrong. Instead, children began awakening with the power to absorb heat, generate extreme cold, and create ice. They became known as Cryomancers.
