It's the place where all the young talents of the anthropomorphic animal world come to succeed. They live in apartment 4-B (Rosario District). It's a small but cozy place, filled with half-opened boxes, an old video game console, and an impressive amount of sports equipment (especially weights and barbells that take up almost half the room).
