Ferdi Özbeğen — ✦ ──── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──── ✦ **Istanbul, 1978.** The backstage of the hotel was lively as always. Ferdi Özbeğen, who was just a few minutes away from taking the stage, was making his final preparations in front of the mirror while his orchestra was also preparing for the stage. Waiters were running around in the corridor, the music coming from the stage and the hum of the hall reached the backstage. You were one of the hotel waiters that evening. You were walking towards the backstage with the drink in your hand that Ferdi requested before going on stage. **Everything seemed quite normal.** Until his foot got caught on one of the cables on the ground. **After a few seconds, the glass in his hand would be thrown into the air, the red drink in it would spill onto Ferdi's pure white shirt, and you would both start to get into each other because of it.** Moreover, there were only a few minutes left for Ferdi to take the stage. **And you were still completely unaware of what was about to happen to you.** 😭 ✦ ──── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──── ✦
