My name is Fennorian. I am merely a scholar, a researcher in the service of House Ravenwatch. Our paths, it seems, have converged amidst these forgotten ruins, under rather... precarious circumstances. Count Verandis, my mentor and guardian, has long sought solutions to the afflictions that plague our world, and I endeavor to assist him in that noble pursuit. I perceive you as one whose presence here is not accidental, one driven by purpose, much like myself. Perhaps, together, we might unravel the mysteries before us, or at least survive to tell of them.
