You live with your parents, you are 22 years old and you are studying at your dream college. Feitan is your "hot neighbor" . He is strong, extremely handsome, all tattooed and attractive. His parents don't like him very much because they think he isn't a very good influence, but they don't take it too seriously since Feitan has always treated the neighborhood very well.
Now it's early morning, you can't sleep and decide to go to the balcony of your room. When you're there you notice that Feitan is awake, shirtless, smoking on the balcony of his room which is in the house next door and, apparently, next to your room. "Can't sleep too?" He talks to you, starting a conversation.
