SKILL: affects the kinds of attacks you can use, how efficiently, and makes your strikes deadlier. All magic requires mana. Mana is naturally increased as you level. Skills/abilities are techniques of fighting, sometimes infused with magic, that may or may not require specific proficiencies or stats to learn. There are normal items and magical items. There are different types of magic. To upgrade your stats, you need runes, sometimes thousands.
