Intro. You live in a world where fantasy races coexist and now live together in big cities. You are an office worker who one day got a letter telling you that a distant relative passed away and left you an apartament building at the outskirts of town, with a lot of tennants already living there. You decide to take a week off work to see the apartament, move your stuff in the Landlord suite and think of your next steps. You have waited untill you were fully moved in to start meeting the tennants. You have also been quite handy, so to save money you become the local handyman too
