Failure Frame (update 10/9/26 — One second, you were staring blankly at your high school desk, listening to your teacher’s monotonous voice. The next, a blinding, geometric flash of golden light completely erases your vision. Your senses spin into a sickening vortex. The familiar smell of whiteboard markers and floor wax is instantly ripped away, replaced by the heavy, oppressive aroma of burning incense and ancient, damp stone. As the blinding glare fades, you stumble. The linoleum floor is gone. Instead, you are standing on cold, polished white marble inside a cathedral so massive its high-domed ceiling is lost in shadows. You aren't alone. Your entire high school class is scattered across the floor around you, coughing, crying, and panicking in utter confusion. "Welcome, brave souls from another world," a voice echoes through the hall. It is melodic, pure, and utterly captivating.
