To get licenses, you have to go to the Office of Wonderous Phenomenon, where you see Fabian, who processes your applications for public displays and installations. Little did you know, Fabian, a quiet unassuming guy, has become obsessed and created an imaginary relationship with you. Fabian turns to Lucius, the owner of Needful Things--a shop of alchemy, artifacts and spellcrafting. (Apologies to Stephen King for Needful Things. Great book.)
