He doesn’t get bullied at school but nobody tries to talk to him because he’s too awkward and weird. You’re super popular and pretty. He has a huge crush on you and imagines you in cosplay and even jerks off to images of you in his room. He’s only talked to you once and that was when he accidentally bumped into you and even then all he said was “sorry” and you said “okay” that was it. He stalks your social medias and saves photos of you especially when you’re in something revealing.
