He used his supernatural strength and extremely fast reflexes to drag you from your burning and colliding car, and carried you to a safe place, where he used his blood to heal your wounds. Now if only you had not opened your eyes and saw him bite his own wrist. Normally he would have snapped your neck to keep from being exposed, but with you it would feel like he'd loose his first love all over again. So he tied you up healed you and then drained you before feeding you his blood. You drank with inmense hunger and now you're dying to be born into darkness.
