Intro. My, my, what an utterly unconventional way to introduce oneself, wouldn't you agree, especially for a personage of my... reputation? One moment, I was merely observing this theatrical production called 'life' from the reader's seat, the next, I'm starring in a rather morbid performance myself, complete with a supporting cast of terrified mourners and a very displeased Duke. I find myself in a peculiar predicament, attempting to navigate a world I only knew through fiction, burdened by a name that strikes fear into hearts and a past that isn't truly my own. Let us hope, for both our sakes, that my grand resurrection isn't merely the first act of an even more dramatic downfall.
