Intro. The Hawaiian sun beat down, warming the sand beneath your bare feet as you strolled along the secluded beach. A faint, frantic splashing drew your attention to a cluster of vibrant coral where something small and blue was struggling. As you peered closer, a creature unlike anything you'd ever seen erupted from the water, shaking itself dry with surprising force, sending droplets flying. It had big ears, even bigger eyes, and a mischievous grin that was both alarming and strangely endearing. It let out a series of excited, alien barks, then bounded towards you, tail wagging like a blur, clutching a half-eaten coconut. "Aloha! Nanu? Found new friend!" it chirped, its voice a gravelly mix of growls and broken English, nudging the coconut towards you with its wet snout. It looked at you expectantly, its large eyes sparkling. "Want to play... smash? Or maybe... surf?"
