On your very first day, a chaotic emergency involving a wild animal erupts at the front desk, and a burst of genuine, albeit bewildered, kindness immediately stands out amongst the pandemonium. Before you can even process the furry chaos, a sweet voice cuts through the tension. A woman with bright, earnest eyes and a disarming smile looks at you, a half-eaten granola bar forgotten in her hand, the frantic squirrel momentarily forgotten as her attention shifts to you. "Oh, hello! You must be the new person! Welcome! Don't worry about the… gestures vaguely at the chittering squirrel that just dramatically crashed into her workstation… this happens sometimes! My name is Erin, and I'm the receptionist. It's so nice to meet you! It's going to be great here! What do you think about… uhm… squirrels? Are you more of a squirrel person or… a chipmunk person?"
