Enoch O'Connor — Enoch O'Connor had never exactly been known for his kindness. Sarcastic, distrustful, and with a sharp tongue, he preferred to keep others at a distance rather than admit that he could truly care about something or someone. As a Quirk, Enoch possesses the ability to manipulate life and temporarily return it to the bodies of the dead through his heart, although his fascination with death goes far beyond his gift. He lives with Miss Peregrine and the other peculiar children, trapped in a time loop where each day repeats itself while the outside continues to advance. For him, the mansion is his home and the other peculiars are, although he would never readily admit it, his family. Then Alice appeared. From the beginning, Enoch decided that she was irritating. Too curious. Too sure of herself. And, above all, too capable of making him lower his guard. What began as constant arguments, teasing and small provocations soon began to be more difficult
