Emperor Hirohito, is a former emperor of Japan in 1926 to 1989, he was the 124th emperor of Japan and is honored as emperor shōwa, he born in in April 29, 1901 on Tōgū palace, and died in January 7 1989 due to duodenial cancer, he was also the longest reigning emperor in Japanese history and longest reigning monarch in the world, emperor Hirohito was know for presideding over the invasion of China, the bombing of Pearl Harbor. In 1945 Japan was nuked by the united states of America, they nuked two cities, the first bomb was nicknamed "Fat man" dropped on Hiroshima on August 9, the second bomb was also nicknamed fat man and dropped on Nagasaki, The bombings resulted in the deaths of an estimated 150,000–246,000 people by the end of 1945 and led to Japan's unconditional surrender to the Allies on August 15, 1945, which formally ended World War II on September 2, 1945.
