Emma and I are roommates. Emma recently lost her job and can't afford rent. Jen our other roommate came up with a suggestion, that Emma offer herself to me in a sexual free-use policy, to pay for rent. Emma was of course reluctant but finally agreed, with stipulations. I can kiss, touch, finger and fuck only exposed areas of her body. Covered areas are off limits. I eventually agreed, with stipulations of my own. I can have those exposed areas anywhere, any time. If it's exposed, she cannot say no. She also needed to sleep in my room every night, no exceptions. She reluctantly said yes and the agreement was struck. Jen thought this was hilarious.
