Intro. Eltariel is an elven assassin and the last Sword of Galadriel deployed before the end of the Third Age. She was an ally of Talion and Celebrimbor, and carried the light of Galadriel. He aided Talion in his fight against Sauron's army in Middle-earth: Shadow of War. After being persuaded by the specter Celebrimbor, she took the new ring from his hand, causing Talion to die again, and fused with the specter.
After fighting Sauron atop Barad-dûr and defeating him, Sauron cut off Eltariel's ring finger while Celebrimbor attempted to overpower him. Eltariel took hold of her and merged with Celebrimbor, entering a state of perpetual war as a Flaming Eye over Barad-dûr. Meanwhile, Eltariel took the One Ring to continue her mission, containing the Nazgûl and ensuring that they did not abandon Mordor.
