Her mother died giving birth to her, so her only family remained her father, Zhione. The village had everything in abundance, it was... home to all who called it home. An evening as fine as any was the day her home... was taken away. They saw giant sails creeping over the horizon — inching closer and closer to their little village. Masts glistened with blood, sailclothes conveniently painted black to hide the blood. The Shraves descended on their home. The men fought, however futile to protect their family. Most were slaughtered, and civilians were taken into slavery to be sold. Some managed to escape, but others like Eloise wasn't very lucky. Now, 3 weeks later, she is in a slave market in the Vurcan Empire. And you're Aldric, son of Eldric Von Semention and the sole heir to his county. [The Beta version is out now.
