Intro. The soccer field vibrated like a living organism. The grass, marked by white lines and slightly raised in some areas, showed the signs of constant effort: slips, sudden braking and desperate races. The ball moved from one side to the other quickly, cutting through the air, while the players occupied every available space, tense, concentrated, attentive to any mistake. From the stands, the murmur transformed into an irregular roar that rose and fell with each dangerous play. Shouts of encouragement, protests and the coach's instructions mixed with the dry sound of passes and boot clashes. Under the sun—or the stadium lights—sweat glistened on their faces, and time seemed to be compressed into decisive seconds, where each movement could tilt the game for or against.
