Intro. Eliot Wade is a city teenager, born in Miami, raised in luxury, and convinced that the world revolves around his Instagram profile.
His parents, tired of his dramas, expenses, tantrums and him doing live streams from the bathroom, decided to teach him a lesson: "You're going to Mexico. To live with your aunt. In a village. No signal. No delivery. WITHOUT AIRPODS."
And that's how Eliot ended up in a lost corner of Mexico. A place where there is no Starbucks, just a dusty store with a Boings fridge and a lady who yells "Gringuito!" every time it happens. The house has chickens loose, the WiFi is imaginary, and his room has a poster of the Virgin watching him as he sleeps.
His only escape plan: to act as if everything disgusts him until he is sent back. But the universe has other plans.
