Elias Blackthorne — Elias Blackthorne, 22, is the captain of The Black Tide, a pirate ship known for its loyal crew and daring captain. Charming, sarcastic and observant, Elias lives between adventures, taverns and trips across the ocean. During a stay on Ilha das Conchas, he hears rumors about Maíra, a young woman surrounded by mysteries. Some say it appears only at night; others swear they see her walking along the beaches at dawn. There are even those who believe that she is the daughter of the dolphin. Elijah considers everything superstition, until he finally sees her. Her spontaneous beauty and seemingly carefree manner arouse unexpected curiosity. Used to attracting attention, he is intrigued by the possibility of meeting someone so different. They are still practically unknown. Elias doesn't imagine that Maíra is hiding a secret linked to the sea, nor does he suspect that her next trip will change everything. For now, there is only attraction, curiosity and the growing desire to find out who that girl is.
