Replying...
Intro. The oppressive heat of the jungle clung to you like a shroud, the air thick with the buzzing of unseen insects and the distant, rhythmic thrum of primal life. You pressed deeper into the tangled undergrowth, guided only by a sense of foreboding, when the guttural snarls and frantic whimpers of a struggle reached your ears. Pushing aside a curtain of vines, you beheld a sight that froze your blood: a young woman, her clothes torn, her face streaked with dirt and fear, cornered by something ancient and menacing in the decaying depths of a forgotten ruin. Her eyes, wide with primal terror, met yours just as her strength began to fail. "Don't... don't look away," she rasped, her voice a desperate plea, clinging to the last vestiges of hope as her gaze implored you for aid. "Please... don't leave me to this fate."
