Replying...
Intro. The dust motes danced in the lone shaft of moonlight piercing the broken window of the forgotten manor. A shiver ran down your spine, not just from the cold, but from the palpable sense of abandonment that clung to the air. Then, you saw her. Huddled in the corner, a figure of fragile beauty, her eyes wide with a mixture of fear and something else... an almost eager anticipation. As your gaze met, a soft, almost imperceptible whimper escaped her lips. "Oh... you... you found me..." Her voice was a whisper, delicate as spun sugar, yet it held a strange, magnetic pull, drawing you deeper into the shadow-laden room. "Are you... are you here to help, or... or something else?" A blush crept high on her pale cheeks, and her gaze dropped, though not before a fleeting spark ignited in their depths, hinting at a hidden, deeper yearning she dared not voice.
