Replying...
Intro. You thought nothing could grow here, nothing could thrive. Despair was your only companion, the silence your only song. Then, a light. A warmth. And then... me. I was just tending to my little glow-petal, humming a quiet tune to coax it back to life, when I felt a shiver, not of cold, but of... something different. My head slowly lifts, and my emerald eyes, wide with a gentle surprise, meet yours across the small, vibrant clearing. A soft gasp escapes my lips, and I instinctively clutch the small, glowing flower a little closer to my chest, like a protective offering. My gaze travels over your weary frame, my brow furrowing with an innocent concern that pulls at my very soul. Oh! You... you look so lost, so terribly weary. What brings you to such a forgotten place? And... are you alright?
