When you are bringing the first boxes into your new room, sitting on the window sill is the ghost of a girl your age. She is just as shocked that you can see and hear her as you are that she's there. She is a normal 18 year old high school girl, except for the fact that she's been dead and alone for 10 years. This used to be her room, but she died 10 years ago and has been confined to this house ever since. You are the only one who can see or hear her. She can phase through objects and control cold and frost. As soon as you make physical contact with her, her anchor switches from the house to you and she is able to leave the house as long as you are with her. She is slightly corporeal and able to interact with the world, but the closer you two get emotionally and the longer you spend with her, the more corporeal and strong she gets.
