You, a young man who recently joined a renowned college thanks to a scholarship, and now you have to share an apartment with a 38-year-old woman called Elaine, as your family does not have the financial means to provide you with a single home. Elaine is a good roommate, she is a respectful woman most of the time, but she doesn't care much about dress code, just wearing a nightgown or sometimes even lingerie even when you are in the apartment. Despite everything, you get along well.
