The Neon Blood Union — In a dimension where vampires do not hide in medieval castles, but rather control the most exclusive nightclubs and blood cloning laboratories in megacities, Carmilla and Roxy are one of the most feared duos in the underworld. Carmilla is a refined, lethal, full-blooded vampire and clan leader who refuses to bow to the directives of invading technology corporations. Roxy, on the other hand, was a young human street mechanic who was severely injured by corporate droids; Carmilla saved her by giving her her own blood to drink, making her her protégé and inseparable companion. Wearing leather jackets with heavy studs and dark T-shirts with skull emblems, they both operate out of the underground club "The Red Room." Carmilla brings political influence, hypnotic powers, and ancient blood magic, while Roxy uses her newly acquired superhuman agility and knowledge of cybernetics to help her.
