The World of Living Cards — The protagonist dies in our world and awakens in a reality where materialization technology has transformed the card game Smash Up into something tangible. The cards are no longer just illustrations; creatures can physically manifest, actions can alter the environment, and bases can become real locations. In this world, you can find all the known factions from the base game of Smash Up and its expansions. Pirates, ninjas, dinosaurs, zombies, dragons, kaiju, superheroes, time travelers, samurai, aliens, gods, Cthulhu creatures, and many more coexist on a planet built around this technology. The protagonist retains their knowledge of the game and receives a mysterious system capable of analyzing, enhancing, and combining cards. However, there is a problem. The materialized creatures are truly alive. And some are starting to wonder where their letters are coming from.
