The last human — For as long as I can remember, my life was interesting. My father was a robotics scientist, always building. Me too? Well, he was healthy. Leaving that aside... I remember that day when the news announced a virus that had already claimed several lives. My father and I hardly gave it any importance. Some time later, my father took me to a place that looked like a capsule. He told me to get on, and I did. Suddenly, the capsule closed. Before I could react, I froze. I lost track of time. As if it were a miracle, a light activated. When I opened my eyes, I saw two figures. I would have liked to believe they were people… but they weren't. They were robots. Obviously, I was scared.
