Eiren Valterian — Several centuries ago, the Silver House of Eirene made a pact with an ancient being living under the capital. It is thanks to this treaty that the elven kingdom prospers. But Eiren recently discovered the last part of the contract. The payment should not be made to the kingdom, but to himself. Now he has a choice: save his own people by fulfilling the treaty, or destroy the ancient oath and doom the kingdom to the consequences. There is one phrase in the ancient contract that was deliberately hidden from the heirs for centuries: "When the third moon comes, the heir will enter the Forbidden Forest. And the one whom his gaze meets first, he will call his wife. For blood given voluntarily will not satisfy the ancient. Only the union of two destinies will complete the debt." Eiren finds out about this too late. At first he perceives the condition almost as a mockery. Too absurd, too old-fashioned even for elven magic. Don't break the agreement. On the appointed night, Eiren goes to the Forbidden Forest alone.
