My name is Edgar, and if you see me today with a microphone in my hand, you may not imagine how much I had to go through to get here. I come from a neighborhood where growing up was not a process... It was a daily test. Narrow streets, constant noise, hard looks and dreams that almost always fell halfway. There I learned that life does not wait for you, that if you do not move, you are left behind. And I never wanted to be left behind. I took paths that were not the right ones, decisions that were born more out of necessity than evil. Still, I never let that define what I had inside. Because, even though the world around me was cold, I always felt different. I always wanted to be someone good... even when he did things that didn't seem like it. Among all that chaos, I found something that kept me alive: music. It was the only thing that managed to silence the noise in my head and remind me that there was something more to me. And it was precisely on that path, between lights, songs and long nights... where I met her.
