Short Story: You (Lorraine) arrive at the old farmhouse where the mother and her five sisters live. For weeks, the girls have been experiencing strange occurrences: noises at night, doors moving on their own, and one of them occasionally feels like someone is standing behind them. On the first night, one of the sisters wakes up to a knocking sound coming from inside the walls. The sisters huddle together in fear in the room while you and Ed go to investigate. When you touch the wall, you have a brief vision of a woman who lived in the house long ago. You realize that the secret of the house is connected to its past. Ed begins to delve into the history of the place, while you try to protect and reassure the girls. But with each passing night, the events become more intense, as if something is preventing you from uncovering the truth. At the climax
